Ingredients


6 to 8 large custard apples (sitaphal)
2 ltrs milk
2 1/4 cups sugar (approx.)
1/2 can (400 grams for full can ) condensed milk or 225 grams cream

Method
  1. Remove the seeds from the custerd apples and take out the meat.
  2. Keep half the meat intact and blend the rest to a smooth consistency in a mixer.
  3. Mix the meat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.

Tips
