Ingredients


To Be Blended Into A Curried Mayonnaise Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise , readily available in the market
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground white pepper powder to taste

Other Ingredients
3/4 cup rajma (kidney beans) , soaked and boiled
1 cup cooked shell pasta
2 tbsp chopped dill leaves (shepu / suva bhaji)
1 clove garlic (lehsun) , crushed
2 tsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/4 cup fried bread croutons

For The Garnish
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the fried croutons, in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Just before serving, add the fried croutons and dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with parsley.
