Here's a smashing combination of paneer, celery and spring onions that adds josh to lavash and bread sticks.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the spring onion whites and celery and cook for 2 minutes till they turn soft.
  2. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  3. Combine the spring onion mixture, paneer, mayonnaise and pepper powder.
  4. Mix while mashing continuously with the back of a spoon.
  5. Serve warm with lavash and bread sticks.
