Curds Mango Delight

Makes 1 serving


Ingredients

1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
3/4 cup chopped mangoes
1/2 cup mango juice
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
3/4 tsp powdered cardamoms
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chopped kiwi
1 tbsp watermelon pieces
1 tbsp mixed chopped nuts
2 drops vanilla essence
1 tbsp rose petals
mango slice for garnish

Method
  1. Combine the mago juice and sugar in a non-stick pan and cook on slow flame, till the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. And cardamom powder,mix well and keep aside to cool at room temperature.
  3. In a bowl, first make a layer of hung curd, make a layer of chopped walnut and cashews.
  4. Then make a layer of mango juice mixture, then add fresh mango pieces, kiwi pieces, watermelon pieces, add 2 drops of vanilla essence, mix gently.
  5. Cool it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, garnish with rose petals and mango slice.
  6. This is an unusual combination of fruits and hung curd.
  7. Serve chilled.
