This is a great appetizer. kids likes it also. this is a great potluck dish.
2 large cucumber---Round Slices
Cream cheese 16oz
Green chilli paste--1 spoon
Parsley---Fine Chopped 1 bunch
Salt--1 Table Spoon
Black Pepper--1 Table Spoon
Jeera Powder--1 Table Spoon
- Make 4x4 size cut rye bread pieces and put them in the plate. in the bowl add cream cheese, 1 table spoon green chiili paste, black pepper, jeera powder and salt. mix it well until cream cheese becomes fluffy. add fresh chopped parsle in it. spread this on each bread. put sliced cucumber on each bread. garnish with fresh aprsley and red crushed pep
