Cucumber and Spinach Cooler

A refreshing drink recipe.

Preparation Time:     Makes 1 serving

300 ml cucmber juice
300 ml spinach (palak) juice
1 tsp curds (dahi)
mint leaves (phudina) for garnishing
crushed ice as required

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Fill tall individual glasses with crushed ice.
  3. Pour prepared juice into the glasses.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve chilled.
