A totally novel salad, which can be made by an amateur in no time.
- Cut the asparagus into small cubes.
- Mix the cucumber and asparagus pieces. Add the salad cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper and powdered sugar.
- Chill the salad.
- Decorate with cucumber slices. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Serve cold.
