Method

  1. Roast the rava till it becomes light brown in colour.
  2. Then add the grated cucumber,coconut,jaggery,powdered cardamoms,salt, rava and wheatflour mix them properly.
  3. Dough should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  4. Now pour the ghee on to a thin bottom vesseland place it in a pressure cooker.
  5. Heat the ghee and pour the mixture.spread it evenly.
  6. Cover the cooker with a plain lid see to it that it is properly covered from all sides.
  7. After it is done let it cool and then remove it.
