Method
  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh cream, dry herbs, chilli flakes and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately.

Creamy mushrooms, as the name suggests it is super creamy, perfectly cooked mushrooms.. and flavoured with herbs and chilli flakes.. I served with cheesy garlic bread.. Thank you for the recipe.
