Creamy Herb Pasta recipe - How to make Creamy Herb Pasta

3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups paneer (cottagte cheese) , cut into cubes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped basil leaves
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste
  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add the garlic and green chillies.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and stir for some time.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Cook till the pasta is hot and serve immediately.

  1. You may use whole wheat fusilli, penne or tagliatelle.
