You can make your sandwich or toast just the way you like it! In this sumptuous version, whole wheat bread slices are topped with a healthy topping of low-fat curds, sprouts, apples, and other ingredients perked up with mustard powder and black pepper powder. While the Creamy Alfa-Alfa Sprouts and Apple on Toast uses alfa-alfa sprouts, you can try a similar topping with bean sprouts too.

It's a delicious, simple and healthy sandwich. The recipe says toasted bread but might also taste good on an untoasted bread. The topping is light, tasty and fresh.
