An easier way to make the ever popular Sweet Corn Soup and this recipe is completely fat-free. Even kids can rustle up this recipe with a little supervision .... of course.

Ingredients


1 can cream style corn
4 cups Clear Vegetable Stock
2 tbsp cornflour mixed with ¼ cup water
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto powder (optional)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

To serve
Chillies in Vinegar
chilli sauce
soy sauce

Method
  1. Boil the stock, add the cream style corn and mix well. Allow it to come to a boil.
  2. Add the cornflour paste, Ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Serve hot with the chillies in vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
