Cream Cheese Dip

Cream Chees Dip is a spiced up creamy dip made from cream cheese.

1 packet of cream cheese
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 small sized carrot, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp chilli sauce or tabasco sauce
1 lemon
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 cup curds (dahi)

1. Mix the cream cheese in a bowl till smooth and put all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Garnish with very little coriander.
