Cranberry punch, the speciality of this punch is the sweet and sour cranberry combination, which is highlighted by the slightly bitter after-taste of tea. To make a quick mocktail, just make it with cranberry juice and lemon juice and top it up with sprite. Glass used: pitcher

1/2 cup tea concoction , see handy tip
5 tsp lemon juice
5 cups cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

For The Garnish
10 to 15 chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
4 to 5 sweet lime (mosambi) wedges

  1. Combine the tea concoction, lemon juice and cranberry juice in a bowl and mix using a ladle/ stirrer. Keep aside.
  2. Place crushed ice in a pitcher and add the mint leaves and sweet lime wedges.
  3. Pour the juice and stir using a stirrer. Serve immediately.

Handy tip

  1. To make ½ cup tea decoction, combine 1 cup of water with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp tea leaves and bring to a boil. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Strain and use in the recipe.
