Ingredients


4 brown bread slices, lightly buttered
4 tablespoons grated cottage cheese (paneer)
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons green chutney
salt to taste

Method
  1. Mix the cottage cheese, tomato and salt very well.
  2. Spread the green chutney on one side of all the bread slices.
  3. Spread the cheese-tomato mixture on two bread slices evenly. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  4. Cut into two and serve.
