  1. Mix all the above ingredients along with the water in the canned corn.the consistency should be tough enough as that of a thalipeth dough so easy to fry as pakoda.do not add extra water.
  2. Then prepare small pakodas and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. This has to be served hot along with green chutney.
