Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the green chillies, sweet corn kernels, paneer, coriander, turmeric powder, sugar, salt and 2 tbsp of water and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring gently.
  3. Serve hot with dosas.
