Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked corn
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1 tsp chilli garlic paste
1/3 cup tomato puree
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame. Add the chilli-garlic paste and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the tomato puree and tomato ketchup and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the corn, bean sprouts and salt and cook again for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cornflour-water mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot.
