Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan add the mustard seeds, when the seeds crackle add the curry leaves and asafoedita saute it for few seconds.
  2. Add the potatoes, madras onions, sambhar masala, grated corn and salt and saute it for few minutes.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and simmer it till the potatoes are soft.
  4. Serve hot garnished with the coriander.
