Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the butter and fry the onion for a few seconds. Add the green chillies and fry again for a few seconds. Add the corn. Switch off the gas.
  2. Mix the cream, curds, coriander and salt in a separate vessel. Add to the corn mixture and mix well.
  3. Place in aluminum foil and make a parcel, leaving enough room for expansion of the steam generated in cooking.
  4. Cook on a hot charcoal sigri grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the foil a couple of times while cooking.
  5. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. For the best results, use tender corn. If this is not available, boil before using.
  2. Variation : Spicy Mushrooms Parcel :
  3. Use fresh mushrooms instead of corn.
