Ingredients

Method
  1. Boil the corncobs. Remove the corn with a sharp knife and grind coarsely.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on half portion of a corn leaf and fold the other part of the leaf on top.
  4. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) on both sides using a little ghee.
  5. Serve hot with butter, cheese and chutney.
