Plump corn kernels are mixed with batter and deep-fried…these crispies, although simple to make, taste wonderful. You can add an extra flavour by tossing the crispies with chaat masala. Enjoy it immediately!

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 6 tbsp of water and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and scatter individual batter coated corn kernels in it and deep-fry till they are golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  3. Cool slightly and serve immediately.
