Corn Chowder Soup

Ingredients


1 recipe basic white stock
1 cup cooked corn (makai)
2 to 3 teacups white sauce
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

Method
  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Fry the vegetables in the butter for at least 2 minutes.
  3. Add the white stock.
  4. Boil at least 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Add the white sauce, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with sprinkling of cheese.
