A healthy and tasty Corn chatpata made from boiled sweet corn kernels is a lovley snck or tiffin choice. The boiled corn are made tantalizing by addition of select sweet, sour and spicy chutneys and then served hot as salad or side dish.
- First grind up garlic pieces with red chilly powder.add some water to make a paste
- Spread the paste thoroughly on corn seeds
- Heat some oil in a pan add corn seeds fry till brown. add butter, salt, lemon juice
- Cook for a minute. and serve hot.
