Ingredients


3/4 cup boiled fusilli
3/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
10 basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), chopped
1 tsp readymade Pesto sauce, refer handy tip
1 tsp olive oil or oil
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

For the garnish
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
basil leaves (optional)

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the corn and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add 3 cups of water, basil and fusilli and simmer till the fusilli is cooked.
  4. Add the pesto, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. Serve hot garnished with the cheese and basil leaves.
