Ingredients

Method
  1. Sieve the flour, add the cauliflower, fenugreek, coriander, green chillies and salt.
  2. Grate the boiled potato and add to the mixture.
  3. Make a soft dough by adding warm water.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 balls. Roll out with the help of a little flour and cook on a tava until soft.
  5. Serve hot.
