To check whether the roll is cooked, piece a knife into it. if it is cook, the material won't stick to the knife.

Ingredients


a bunch of coriander
gram (chana) flour
cumin seeds (jeera)
chilli powder
garam masala
salt to taste
oil to fry

Method

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and chopped them finely. in a plate, take the coriander leave, some gram flour, about a cup, half tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp chilli powder, half tsp garam masala and salt to taste. mix the ingredients gently with hand. and try to make it into dough. if necessary add some more flour. and give the dough the shape of a roll. and
  2. Cut them into thin slices. and shallow fry them.
