Preparation Time: 
Makes 1 cup


Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh green garlic (hara lehsun) , chopped (including the greens)
1 cup finely chopped corriander (dhania)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp roasted bengal gram (daria)
1/2 cup water
salt to taste

Method
  1. Grind all the ingredients together in a blender to get a smooth chutney.
  2. Store refrigerated.
