A unique combination of perky coriander and pungent garlic, made into a chutney that urges you to lick your fingers! The lemon juice adds a pleasant tang to the Coriander Garlic Chutney, while the gram dal helps balance the flavours and thickens the chutney as well.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped fresh green garlic (hara lehsun) , (including the greens)
1 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp roasted chana dal (daria)
1/2 cup water
salt to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
