For a break from regular eloborate cooking adapt this simple recipe for a relaxed cooking and to relax the stomach as well.
- Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, add some water and salt and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles or till the vegetables are cooked.
- Allow the steam before opening the lid. Keep aside to cool.
- In a deep serving dish, arrange the vegetables evenly.
- Top with the fruits alternately arranging each fruit evenly.
- Garnish with nuts and serve immediately.
