1 1/2 cups freshly grated coconut

  1. To the grated coconut, add 3 tbsp of warm water.
  2. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes and blend in a mixer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain using a muslin cloth. Use the milk as required.
