Coconut Almond Pudding

1/2 packet lemon jelly
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 1/2 cups water to dissolve jelly
1 cup milk
10 almonds (badam)


  1. 1. boil almonds and remove the peels.cut it lenghwise.keep aside
  2. 2. dissolve jelly in hot water and then cool it and keep aside.
  3. 3. beat the jelly on ice till it becomes thick.
  4. 4. then add condensed milk,cream,coconut,lime juice and beat it.
  5. 5. add the almonds and then set it in the freezer.
  6. 6. decorate it with the rest of the almonds.
