A yummy thirst quencher made with a blend of coconut water, watermelon juice and lemon juice with sugar and ginger.

Ingredients


3 lemons
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
2 glasses of coconut water
2 glasses of watermelon (tarbuj) juice
1/2 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
mint leaves (phudina) for decoration

Method

  1. In a blender put the whole lemons,sugar,ginger,coconut water and water melon juice and blend well.strain and chill.
  2. Pour into tall glasses.
  3. Drop 2 tbsps of water melon pieces into each glass.
  4. Decorate with mint.
