A lot of vegetables arre used to prepare this flavourful stock. These vegetables have a wealth of nutrients that are released into the water and are retained by the stock. The stock retained all the water-soluble vitamins like vitamins B and C that are many times lost during cooking. Use this stock in soups and gravies to enhance their flavours.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Boil the vegetables in 6 cups of water on a midium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Allow the vegetables to settle at the bottom of the vessel and pour out the vegetable stock. Discard the vegetable stock. Discard the vegetables and use as required.
