Ingredients


55 gms margarine or butter
150 ml water
85 gms plain flour (maida)
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt

Method
  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Put the matgarine, water, salt and vanilla essence in a vassel and cook until the butter melts
  3. Now add the flour, remove from the heat and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixutre forms into a smooth ball leaves the sides of the vessel.
  4. Cool the mixture.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating each time vigorously with a wooden spoon.

Tips
  1. This pastry can be used for chocolate eclairs, cheese pakodas, strawberry cream puffs, profiteroles or cream buns etc.
