Chocolate Recipe Mailer - 06 July 2007
Sumptuous, small, dark and irresistibly luscious, very few people can deny their attraction and love affair with chocolate. The word ‘chocolate’ means warm beverage which was a drink relished for centuries, before it was transformed to a more versatile solid form.
Due to its chemical properties, chocolates can be addictive as it generates a feeling of happiness and also acts as mild anti depressant. Chocolate may not be the primary source of nutrients but it is a good source of phosphorus, vitamin E, calcium, iron and is a moderate source of protein and magnesium which helps to regulate heartbeat and blood pressure.
