Ingredients


1 cup (200 grams) fresh cream
1 3/4 cups (225 grams) chopped dark chocolate
1 tsp butter

Method
  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Remove from the fire, add the chopped chocolate and butter and mix well to get a smooth sauce.
  3. Strain the sauce to remove any lumps.
  4. Store refrigerated and use as required.
