Chocolate Glace icing is a runny, spoon able icing that sets to a crack able surface. It is used on cupcakes and drizzled over cookies and biscuits. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to make, but don’t expect an impressive finish: as it forms a thin, matt covering with a distinctly homemade feel!

Ingredients


225 gms icing sugar
3/4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate powder
1 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Sieve the icing sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate powder and gradually add approx. 3 tbsp of warm water and mix well.
  2. Add the butter and beat well Use immediately as per the recipe
