Chocolate Glace Icing ( Party Recipe)

Ingredients

225 gms icing sugar
3/4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate powder
2 tsp melted butter

Method

  1. Sieve the icing sugar and gradually add hot water (approx. 2 tablespoons). Alternatively, mix the sugar and water in a saucepan and gently heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, chocolate powder and then beat in the butter.
