Chocoholic Walnut is a wonderful chocolaty brownie with a twist

100 gms condensed milk
50 gms plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
50 ml soda water
8 to 10 walnuts (akhrot)

Others Ingredients
200 gms dark chocolate
1/2 cup fresh cream - beaten
2 tbsp icing sugar

  1. Mix all ingredients together except nuts and others.
  2. Beat well for 2 min.
  3. Pour into greased tin.
  4. Bake it, cool and unmould it.
  5. Make slant holes in the brownie.
  6. In an aluminum vessel, mix chocolate and beaten cream on slow gas. Close gas as soon as chocolate melts.
  7. Pour 3 tbsp chocolate sauce over the brownie and spread it nicely with spoon to get soaked, coat sides as well
  8. Keep aside for ½ hour.
  9. Apply another layer of sauce.
  10. Sprinkle dark chocolate curls on top and sides. Press sides nicely.
  11. Sprinkle walnuts on top and cashew. Press little.
  12. Make thin lines with chocolate sauce.
  13. Sprinkle silver and colored balls
