  1. boil the noodles - add salt and oil
  2. Cut the vegtables into long strips
  3. Put oil in a non-stick pan and add in carrot and bell pepper - add ajinomoto
  4. After eight minutes add in the cabbage and noodles (drained)
  5. Add in the sauces, vinegar and salt
  6. Mix for only one or two minutes and take it off the stove
