Chilli garlic sauce, usually served as an accompaniment to starters like steamed wantons, this sauce is a gret way to add flavour into stir-fries. This sauce is a great way to add flavor into stir-fries. Some versions of this sauce also use chinese rice wine which varies the flavor a bit. Essentially garlic, ginger, chilies and vinegar are a must in making this delicious sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Use as required.
