Method
  1. Soak the chillies in ½ cup of warm water for at least 15 minutes till they soften. Drain and keep aside. Remove the seeds if you do not want a spicy chutney.
  2. Grind the chillies and garlic with ½ cup of water along with the lemon juice and salt.
  3. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
