Ingredients


4-5 Chicken Pieces
3 to 4 cups water
salt to taste
2 tsp green chilli sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 to 2 tsp chilli powder
cornflour (for thickness)
2 to 3 eggs
black pepper (kalimirch) powder (optional)
1/2 tin of cream style corn

Method

  1. In a pressure cooker put water with chicken pieces, corns and salt.
  2. Pressure cook it for 10 min.
  3. Take out the chicken pieces and shread then out into small pieces.
  4. Put the gas on and put red chillie powder, soya sause, green chillie sause/paste in the chicken starch mix.
  5. In a bowl put one spoon of cornflour and some water to make a smooth paste.
  6. Put the cornflour mix it the chicken starch mix and mix well.
  7. Cook the mix untill you get the required thickness.
  8. Beat 2-3 nos. of eggs with some water(3-4 tsp water)
  9. Put the beaten eggs in the starch mix and keep on stiring it.
  10. Cook for 2-3 min. and keep on stiring.
  11. Put the shreaded chicken pieces in the soup.
  12. Soup is ready to serve.
  13. Serve it hot.
  14. Garnish it with blackpepper powder.
