Make sure you dry the water in the chicken. also ensure that the fried onions/capsicum does not have any excess oil or water.
adding a few drops of oil to the boiling chicken will ensure that it does not stick to the pan.
adding garlic and ginger paste will give it a unique flavour.

Ingredients


Minced/Bonelss chicken 100 gm
One large onion
two green capsicums
ready made Mayonnaise
8 slices of white bread
Butter (enough for buttering each slice)
salt and pepper to taste
Ready made Ground Garlic & Ginger paste
tablespoon of oil
lettuce leaves

Method

  1. In a small pan, put a little water, then add the minced/bonelss chicken with salt, pepper, a few drops of oil and garlic ginger paste. cook on medium flame for two/three minutes till water dries. in the meantime chop onions and capsicum in thin small pieces and fry in the balance oil till soft. cool both these ingredients and mix together with re
