Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the curry leaves and saute for 2 seconds.
  2. Add the bayleaf, madras onions, chopped onions and green chili and saute for 6 minutes or till the onions turns soft.
  3. Add the ginger, garlic and tomatoes, mix well and cover and cook for another 5 minutes or till the tomatoes turn mushy.
  4. Add the ground masala, turmeric powder, salt and saute till the oil separates form the mixture.
  5. Add the paneer and saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
