Ingredients

Method
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chips.
  2. Place the chips on aluminium foil.
  3. Sprinkle the onion, cheese, salt and pepper on top. Dot with the butter.
  4. Seal the parcel by folding the edges of the foil together, leaving enough room for expansion of the steam generated in cooking.
  5. Cook on a hot charcoal sigri for about 30 minutes or until the chips are tender, turning the foil a couple of times while cooking.
  6. Serve hot in foil wrapping.
