Cheese pakoras

grated cheese- 2 cups
1 cup plain flour (maida)
besan-5 tbsp
chilli ginger paste-1 tbsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
sour curds-1 cup
salt to taste
oil for frying


  1. Combine maida, besan, cheese and sour curds.
  2. Add chilly ginger paste, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix well
  4. Beat until the batter is light and fluffy
  5. Make small pakoras and fry them until crisp.
