Cheese pakoras recipe - How to make Cheese pakoras
Cooking Time: Total Time:
grated cheese- 2 cups1 cup plain flour (maida)
chilli ginger paste-1 tbsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
sour curds-1 cup salt to taste
oil for frying
- Combine maida, besan, cheese and sour curds.
- Add chilly ginger paste, baking powder and salt.
- Mix well
- Beat until the batter is light and fluffy
- Make small pakoras and fry them until crisp.
