The cottage cheese and chive fluff is really easy to make as it requires minimal preparations. It can be used as a dip with many food items. Try a little scoop with peaches or pears or you could even enjoy it with pineapples and strawberries.
- Mix together all the ingredients. Cream well till the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Refrigerate the fluff for approximately an hour, till it is chilled.
- Garnish with caper berries. Serve with peaches and pears or any other fruits of your choice.
