Ingredients


3/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 to 3 tsp chilli sauce
3 tsp butter
6 bread slices
very little salt

Method
  1. Beat the butter and cheese very well.
  2. Add the onion, chilli sauce and very little salt.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on a thoroughly greased baking tin and bake in a hot oven at 400°F for 5 minutes. Cool. Spread a little filling on top of each toast.
  4. Just before serving, bake in a hot oven at 450°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut into small pieces and serve.
